Highly motivated individuals can join Currency Investors Group as Currency Trading Trainers, controlling their career and compensation. In this role, you will work independently from your own neighborhood office helping clients to achieve their long-term financial goals.

Building Your Business

Starting out, you will make face-to-face contacts with neighborhood residents and local business owners. Years of experience have taught us that there are five critical activities that can help to ensure your success.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right type of person. Make no mistake, however, this is a challenging career that requires great dedication and maximum effort. Becoming a Certified Trainer of Currency Traders demands a unique commitment of time, energy and personal drive. However, for the right person using the tools and skills that Currency Investor’s Group provides, this can be a highly rewarding career both personally and professionally.

Initially, you will follow our recipe for success:

1. Make 25 quality contacts per day (125 per week).

2. Ask open-ended questions to obtain financial information.

3. Present an appropriate introduction to currency trading and ASK for the attendance to a training class.

4. Assess each contact and indicate the next action to be taken. I.E. More Introductory Information, Home Office Contact, Demo Account, Training Class, Live Accounts, Subscription Assistance

5. Contact each prospect at least once every two weeks.

All while doing what’s right for the client. Does this sound like a working style you can commit to? Now, we suggest you reread those five steps more carefully and think about what each step really means. Making 25 quality contacts does not mean making 25 telephone calls or knocking on 25 doors. A quality contact is a conversation during which a prospect’s needs are assessed, his or her interest piqued, a product explained or an appointment set.

It takes an average of seven separate contacts before a potential client becomes an actual client. Would you find such a process frustrating or challenging? Your answer will tell you whether you should continue reading or consider looking elsewhere for a career better suited to yourself.

Compensation

From a base salary early on to a net commission structure with the potential for partnership offerings later in your career, there are several ways to increase your compensation.

As a Certified Trainer, you have the potential to earn large net commissions once you make enough quality contacts and training presentations to build a client base. However, we know that building your business will take time. For this reason,  after you become certified, you are immediately eligible to receive training commissions and other special bonuses.

Training, Support and Compensation

You will be paid on a commission basis every time you sell a training package of any kind to a new YouCanTradeCurrency.com student. Your rates will be extremely competitive. We want you to thrive financially during this period of building your business.

New Account Bonuses

If you meet certain eligibility criteria, you may earn new account bonuses every time one of your students becomes a trader of a live account. Forex dealers, or Futures Commissions Merchants, FCM’s pay firms known as Introducing Brokers a commission every time an introduced client makes or executes a trade. These pennies and dollars do tend to accumulate nicely. If you meet the qualifying criteria, you will be commissioned a portion of the revenue paid to Currency Investors Group.

You will ultimately be paid in five unique ways:

1. Commissions based on your performance

Payout ranges from 10% to 50% of the training packages sold. Once qualified, payout ranges of 10% to 25% on trading commissions earned through our Introducing Broker Relationships.

2. Bonuses

You may earn generous bonuses based on the profitability of the firm and your individual branch office. These bonuses are supplementary compensation designed to reward our Certified Trainers.

3. Profit sharing

You are 100% vested from day one with certain qualifying conditions that pertain to our regulatory environment.

4. Incentive travel opportunities

Superior performance is rewarded in many ways, one of which is through incentive trips. You may be awarded trips when you succeed in meeting the long-term goals of your clients.

5. Potential to become an Owner in the firm

Currency Investor’s Group, LLC seeks to provide options to high performing individuals. These pools will be laid out specifically in 2009 for targeted publication in first quarter 2010.

6. A Comprehensive Benefits Package

A Currency Investors Group Certified Currency Trading Trainer’s total return includes more than just a paycheck. Currency Investors Group will soon provide access to a comprehensive package of benefits. Standard benefits, which are provided at reduced cost to you, include basic life insurance, basic accidental death and dismemberment insurance, income continuation plan for short-term disability, profit sharing and tuition reimbursement.Optional benefits, such as medical and dental coverage are targeted for release to the staff and training core beginning in the third quarter of 2009.

Earnings

Training packages and subscriptions run from $49.00 monthly to $995.00 for a two day seminar. Your commission structure on these items is lucrative. The larger potential lies in the ultimate movement of individuals into live and profitable forex trading accounts with forex dealers to which we have introduced to them. Your role as the front line prospector, ambassador of the industry, local trainer, and referral leader positions you, once qualified to stand in the revenue stream paid to Currency investors Group.

Our Approach to Trading

At Currency Investors Group and its training entity, YouCanTradeCurrency.com we approach currency trading as a proactive but not overtrading philosophy. The concepts surround “sessions”. One doesn’t need to be in the market every day. One doesn’t have to win with every trade. As a matter of fact, if you have to win with every trade, every day, then you are not likely to be satisfied in the currency markets. There is only one thing you can control in any form of trading….how much you will lose. This is done through the judicious use of stop losses. When used properly, the stop loss is your best friend. With minimal leverage use and proper stop loss use, you will manage risk in the forex markets.

Choosing Your Branch Location

From small towns to large cities, our network of Certified Trainers will be based in local neighborhood offices in the communities they serve. This means we can get to know our clients personally and are able to build long-term relationships with them. This is truly a level of personal service not often seen today.

Much of what you choose to do with respect to training locations, conference rooms, and so on has to be thought out very carefully. We provide some parameters but for the most part, you are the decision maker as to where your classes, meetings, and follow ups will be held. Currency Investors Group seeks to be the pre-eminent source for professional exposure to the currency markets and forex training so bare this in mind when considering your access to training locations in your community.

The Ideal Location for You

While you can do business anywhere you are properly licensed, we have identified thousands of locations in both existing and new markets across the country where we feel a Currency Investors Group office will thrive based on factors such as population, age of residents and investable assets. Our headquarters associates responsible for analyzing geographic markets will help to find the ideal location for you.

After you are hired, complete training and meet minimum performance expectations, we will do everything we can to support your branch office as soon as possible.

Regional Structure

When the location of your operation is finalized, you will be assigned to a region. It is Currency Investor’s Group’s desire to build a network of Regional Leaders that will serve as mentors, trainers to trainers, and management across certain parts of the country and world. Your early involvement in the Currency Investor’s Group business positions you as an early candidate if that is your desire.
